Mopedi is an offline wikipedia reader, available iPhones, iPods and iPads, and for Nokia Symbian touch screen phones.
Introductory video with some sample use cases with the Nokia version.The separately downloadable wikipedia databases have full article text and include images and equations. Location information is also included, so phone GPS can be used to search for places of interest close by, and those places can be visualized on map.
Mopedi provides quick incremental searching, includes bookmarks and history, font setting, etc.

The full Mopedi version which features multiple database downloads is available from the App Store.
There are also standalone versions of Norwegian Wikipedia, Finnish Wikipedia and Simple English versions of Mopedi available at Apple's App Store. For these the full database is bundled with the application, so only one download is required and there is no separate installation step for the database. You cannot install additional databases for these versions.
